After seven years spent in Normandy, in Ronfeugerai (hence its name Rouge Fougeres), the caravan joined the campsite in April 2019 with its new owners.
This caravan full of charm, all cocooning was carried out entirely by craftsmen from the North of France in 2011 with regional woods selected for their quality. Indeed more than seven species of wood make it up !
The windows are in oak, walnut, red and white cedar. Then the curtain rods ans coat racks are branches of alder. Also the kitchen is mainly composed of ash. Moreover, the sink is in larch. Finally the shelves are made of fir and acacia essences and the bed slats are made of poplar.
Description of the caravan
A little cozy nest mixed with a hint of magic and child’s tale, the french gypsy caravan will transport you to the land of dreams.
The caravan includes:
– living room with a carved and removable table
– kitchen area equipped with two electric hobs, a mini-oven, an electric coffee maker, a wooden sink, a small refrigerator, dishes for two people
– cozy corner with a 160cm x 2m bed with storage space under the alcove
– closed shower, sink and toilet area.
Wake up in the caravan surrounded by nature, with a view of the Belledonne massif. Perfect for a romantic weekend or for relaxing in nature.
To book the caravan in summer but also in winter …
The caravan rental is possible in winter as in summer, enjoy mountain activities!
In winter, the caravan is heated and awaits you for a winter sports trip. Walks from the campsite or ski to the ski station in 10 minutes by car, everyone can find what they are looking for.
Furthermore, you also have access to the reception room for lounging in front of the wood stove, playing table football, reading in the library lounge… or why not a little piece of music if you are a pianist or a guitarist!
